  Excellent place to vacation. Easy to get to. Booking system was extremely easy and staff were friendly and helpful.
  Accomodation was excellent in easy walking distance to ferry. Clean and comfortable providing everything that was required.
  Would prefer the master bed to be a little more comfortable but that would be my only negative.

  Our second Easter here in this wonderful waterfront townhouse. Wonderfully well stocked house - the only utensil not there was a garlic crusher. Clean, well presented, close to the ferry. Lovely break had by all.

  We stayed at Waterfront properties on Raymond Island with friends who’d never holidayed on the Island.
  As with us the lifestyle and ambiance was resounding. The views and the bird life are brilliant.
  Our holiday home was perfect with a bonus breakfast basket.
  Bedroom 1 and family area have magic views but as the weather was so perfect we lived on the deck with a beautiful sunny yellow umbrella enjoying the views and the lifestyle from breakfast to dinner and beyond.
  A perfect place for walking and riding too.

  Great house, clean and tidy. Everything in it and more than you need. Having a mooring for the boat is simply tops and visible from the house. Met the friendly neighbours .   We rented this home the week before Christmas and found it to be well equipped in the kitchen. We enjoyed meals in the outdoor area overlooking the water.
  
  The bedrooms were of a good size and beds were comfortable.

  My wife and I have stayed in Paynesville many times but not previously in this property.
  An excellent property in all respects from location to cleanliness and inclusions. Unfortunately, it rained constantly and heavily for almost the whole time of our stay, so we did not get a good chance to enjoy it all. However, we could not fault the property itself and hopefully we will get to 'try again'.
