  great location. Deck on the property has no shade and is quite old and has a few areas where the nails are sticking up. Couch inside very uncomfortable.

  Great views from this clean property that is accurately represented in the the listing. Everything that was needed was available and the welcome pack was appreciated.
  While there, we utilized the ferry service to visit Paynesville and the eateries there, in particular the Paynesville pub and Tham's restaurant which was very nice!

  House was in an amazing location with beautiful sunsets, right across from the water. It was immaculate and clean although a bit dated with only one queen bed. The outdoor furniture, although functional consisted of a folding camping table and chairs - given the price of the accommodation I would have thought something a little more comfortable was appropriate, but overall it was a great holiday house
