  Overall, the house is in a picturesque location with great outlooks & views & a lovely place to stay. House was very clean & plenty of room. Beds were absolutely comfortable.
  Of note, only one key is supplied which makes it a little hard when 3 couples are staying. Also, take extra toilet paper as minimal available.
  Booking process, check-in & check-out were smooth and easy.

  We love this Pier 37. The property is spacious, clean and is beautifully decorated and cared for by it's owner. We appreciated the thoughtful touches of fresh bread, butter, jam and milk. The balcony is a great place to take many pictures of the sunset across the lake. The kitchen is large and has ample quality tools for group or small family to enjoy (toasters, microwave, coffee machine, coffee pods,.. etc.)
  The check in process was extremally easy, we arrived after hours and was able to pick up the keys from the office at anytime.
  My folks loved this property in Paynesville for a short term holiday stay.
  The one only small thing we thought would be better if we had hand tissues in the house (but the local shops is 10mins around the corner).

  Our stay at this exquisite Gippsland Lake house was wonderful.
  The house was located in o ne of Victoria's most magical, picturesque locations where lakeside views combined with country like living which enabled us to wind down from what was a very hectic 2021.
  The house was clean and tidy any which was very comforting and reassuring. The house came complete with towels and bedding which were all ready for us to use.
  Checking in and out was a breeze and the ability to communicate with management was extremely efficient.
