River-Lake Cottage is an original holiday home located on the world-famous Silt Jetties, with the Mitchell River and Jones Bay on one side and Eagle Point Bay on the other side. It is within walking distance to the Bluff Lookout where you will find 360 views of the river, lakes, and silt jetties, as well as a wildlife reserve, which is rich with birds and wildlife. Walk through or around this reserve to Eagle Point Lake beach and pier.

This comfortable, 2-bedroom original lakeside cottage is quiet and peaceful, suitable for a small family or two couples with plenty of space to park your car and boat or have a family cricket match, within a securely fenced front and back yard that is perfect for children and pets. Enjoy sitting under the stars and enjoy a fire in the outdoor firepit (BYO Wood). Take a short stroll to the lakefront down the public property at the back of the yard to swim, kayak, or fish! Or walk across the road out the front of the property to access the riverbank. There is a boat ramp, public jetty, public toilets, and fishing platform 100 metres down the road.
